As part of the project our responsibility was:

Supervision:

• Supervising the execution of the signaling contractor THALES

• Supervision of copper and optical communication contractors.

• Supervision of signaling, communication and electrical contractors of all schedule and budget aspects.

• Supervising and synchronization, between acting contractors on site.

• Account approvals.

Design management:

• Design management for the signaling communication and optical transmission in the line.

• Design management for communication and signaling systems in the control rooms.

• Design management of all substructure adaptation design to the superstructure systems.
